Very bad experience ,dirty bed cover,bad smell inside the room. Toilet not clean properly. And very bad things happened with us my wife broker her lack due to lack of light 6 floor there is no light although stairs was dark . Overall we can't see anyone from management to come and try to help us while my wife was injured badly and suffered a lot . Totally Waste of money . Will never visit again this hotel.

Ahh they build a hotel in old building but the decoration was good||shampoo and soap that they gave that was not that good||they didn’t bring food to room you need to go to the restaurant for eating they took so much time to make the food😔|the WiFi network is good in this hotel they have 4-5 WiFi that’s so good||overall the place is only good for low budget

Hotel Blue Bird in Sector 7, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh, leaves much to be desired. While its location might be convenient, several aspects of this establishment fall short. Firstly, the room rates are on the higher side, making it less budget-friendly. Furthermore, the absence of parking facilities can be a significant inconvenience for guests traveling by car. One of the most critical aspects of any hotel is the service, and unfortunately, the service at Hotel Blue Bird is subpar, with numerous complaints regarding staff responsiveness and professionalism. The presence of an elevator is a positive aspect, but it doesn't compensate for the lackluster service and overall conditions. The rooms themselves are a major letdown, often unclean with unpleasant odors. The dirty toilets further contribute to the overall poor hygiene of the place. To top it off, there is no complementary buffet breakfast, which is a standard offering in many hotels, making the value for money questionable. In summary, Hotel Blue Bird falls short in several critical areas such as high room rates, lack of parking, poor service, unclean rooms, and absence of complimentary breakfast. For a more pleasant stay in Dhaka, there are certainly better options available.

The professionalism displayed by the staff members was truly commendable. They were attentive, responsive, and always ready to cater to any request or inquiry I had. Moreover, I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of service compared to my previous visits. The staff seemed more trained and focused on ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. Whether it was the front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, or restaurant employees, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellent. sea viwe from belcony, beach view is amazing. The staffs are very good behaved.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
