Upon my arrival, recieved a warm welcome by staff who spoke some english which was awesome for a small village/town. Check-in with no issues and they went well out of their way to accomadate special requests & needs. Staff made things easy and kid friendly for those traveling with children. Wifi internet was suprisingly fast and the AC was cold enough. The rooms were clean and turn down service was fair. For a location that was out of the city . This hotel met my expectations. There is always room for improvement and I wish the owner the best and any future customers to stay!

Nice and clean hotel that located in a quiet area. Ms. Tram Duong, who is owner of the hotel, is really friendly and accommodating. From the hotel, take a few minutes walking to the beach for the sunset and learning about the fishermen life. Locals market just nearby. Must try near the hotel: - Bun ca An Giang - super tasty and only 30k vnd - Vietnamese Coffee from vendor only 10k vnd.

The hotel was great. Although the campus is small, it is clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel owner and reception staff are cheerful and enthusiastic. The price is cheap compared to the services provided, there is a free swimming pool for guests. 440k/room for 2 people.

Hotel near the beach, near the fishing village residential area. Around this area, all services are good and cheap. Spa ivys is not far from here. Is a warm and complete small store. Wash your hair, nourish your skin, and take care of your skin with machines and massage. Cheap price, very good service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
