Note: You need 10,000 yen in cash for a deposit. And the check in building is at a different hotel (Hotel Empire) around two corners from the actual building where you stay. Very close to the station. Walking distance to a lot of food, supermarket, 7-11, and family mart. *If you have a lot of luggage this may not be the best option, lots of wheeling the luggages around for check in and out.. * Other reviews said you could hear conversations and other people from surrounding rooms, I didn’t at all - but also maybe there was no one near our room? We had the room on the end of the bottom floor. Really nice blackout curtain in our room, kept our room dark when the sun rose, got to sleep in nicely. Comfy beds. Just enough room, but wouldn't consider it spacious. Microwave, fridge, washer/dryer✅

Clean and close to station. Washing machine in room. The check-in building is around the corner from the actual hotel where you stay. They should utilize the space more (our room had a really cool loft that was empty and without furniture), but our room and the employees were very hospitable! Unsure why they give you a purple card that they demand be returned for you to receive the 10,000 yen deposit - we were either not given an card or lost it, but we received our deposit without a hassle. Thank you for the stay!

Good location, close to the train station. The room was clean, it had a weird smell. Just an FYI, a 10000 yen deposit in cash is expected at check in, which is returned at the end of your stay. Also a strange gas smell when the hot water heater is on. You also check in at a different location around the corner from the actual hotel you stay in. All in all not a bad place, just different.

You get your own apartment. There's a separate shower and toilet room. They are both brand new! Fantastic water pressure. The apartment is very small, but that's normal here. There is a loft but you cannot use it which makes it a bit more cramped. There's no closet space and you can't store luggage under the bed, it's too low. There's a washing machine/dryer combination machine. You have to buy your own detergent and softener. There's a microwave and tiny refrigerator. The double bed is very comfortable. There's also a TV and computer for use inside the apartment. Good place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
