Helpful staff and good accomodation. I made a booking error in guest list but the staff was kind enough to correct it.Room was good and we had no issues. Location of the hotel is 2 km from Munich-Pasing station and bus stop is just 200m from hotel.

During Exhibition time in Augsburg I have stayed here with my Collegues and we have found it more better than what was expected. Breakfast was OK and tasty, all day at expo no need to eat again. Easy access to highway.

My wife, sister, brother-in-law and I stayed for about 10 days while in Munich. The rooms were clean/breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. We loved going for a walk in the evenings by Schloss Blutenburg which is only a few blocks away. Luca, the manager/owner was great. Very personable and helpful.

This is a great place to take a break and rest. Rooms are excellent and it has good service. Breakfast must be confirmed before hand as it is a family run small business

Very clean, excellent service and comfortable rooms. From the hotel you can reach the city center in 25 minutes using public transportations. The hotel has its parking area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
