BEST HOTEL IN ITALY!! This place is the best Hotel in the history of hotels. This place treated us with so much love and compassion! The management is so nice and beyond capable of their job. The amenities are beautiful and they will go above and beyond for any of your needs. Don’t even get me started on their inexpensive prices!!! It has a very central location, it is close to the main sites. It is walking distance to restaurants, popular tourism spots, and more, and it is super clean and quiet. This place is family owned, and they made us feel just like family :) :)

BEST HOTEL IN FLORENCE...5 STARS!!! From the USA 🇺🇸 The Hotel in Florence, Italy 🇮🇹. Highly recommended. They treated us either kindness and respect, my family and I. We had breakfast everyday and they gave us free water, they were very kind. We are definitely going back to the same hotel. It is the best hotel in Florence italy!

This is a rather old hotel. The bed I would say was average which is to say in Italy extremely firm. My only real complaint is the air conditioning. Each unit has a AC unit that is tied to their central system. They shut it off between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The unit will still blow air in the room, but it will not be cold. It was approximately 29 Celsius. During our stay at night the room would get just ever so slightly cool not you could only sleep with a sheet over you with a unit blowing and high speed. It never did get to what I would say a very comfortable temperature. If you are staying there during the warmer months, I feel that their AC will be very inadequate for reference, I find sleeping at 23 Celsius to be comfortable. They do offer free breakfast. However, there is no hot food with the exception of a pancake machine that spits out tiny little pancakes

Worst place in Florence to stay in. Extremely small and unhygienic rooms. The staffs were extremely rude. They charge a huge amount in the name of room tax. We have been roaming around different countries in Europe for more than two weeks and absolutely no where such huge amount was charged in the name of room tax. The AC also doesn’t work in the room and when we ask about this to the staff they act ignorant and rude. I don’t suggest this place at all. Had horrible stay.

One of the worst hotel to ruin your Florence vacation. Everything is fake here. Do not judge by seeing it as a 3 star hotel which it isn’t. This’s a honest review and all those 5 stars r all fake reviews given by their own friends and staffs. Neither the AC nor the heater works over here. If the same is asked they behave rude and say open the windows and sleep. We have been travelling Europe for 2 weeks this was the worst hotel we have stayed They do not have rooms cleaning policy nor the toilets r clean. Public washrooms r much better and bigger. We had actually booked in hotel bonifacio but the staff took us to some apartment where we need to open 4 gates to get into our room and those doors won’t even open properly by those keys Pls do not b joyful by the pictures where they have got the swimming pool. The pool isn’t theirs if we ask abt the pool they laugh and say that it’s in the hotel behind and the pool is seen from the terrace of this hotel. Worst breakfast spread These rooms and building just feels like we r staying in some haunted house Request everyone to not b fooled by this hotel and waste ur money and on Top of this these idiots collect city tax of 6€ per person per night. Total SCAM

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
