The location is great, the rooms are tiny, the hôtel was in renovation which I learned only in the morning. A very sad old vibe emanating. If you don't plan on staying in the room it's a great location. But that's it. The room is a corridor.

Everyone was super nice at the reception, especially the lady with the black hair who is very concious of the environment (thank you!). The hotel is really well located right on the main street with most sites within a short walk. Bordeaux is very walkable so this is a plus. The rooms were super clean and slightly on the small side but that's normal in France. The only thing I would point out is the shower was extremely tight which was ok for us but if you're a large person you may want to ask about that to see if they have options. We stayed 3 nights and really liked it, I'd definitely stay there again. The A/C worked great which was nice because it was hot (around 30C each day). We were on the 2nd floor and we didn't find it noisy.

Is the most expensive hostel I’ve ever staid at. Tiny room, tiny toilet and the tiniest shower ever, 180 euros night. Would never come back here. The told us matters were new but they used 2 small to make a big one… so soft and uncomfortable. Very nice girl in the reception, I guess she knows where she works…

Perfectly located and with a super friendly and professional staff. Probably on the improvements I would point to a bit of soundproofing; in the bathroom I could perfectly hear the conversation of a couple in the next room, from the main room you can hear the water flowing through the pipes when other rooms use the shower, and so on. However this is quite an improvement to be done. Everything else was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
