Good breakfast Confortable beds Good shower pressure The receptionist that made our check-in/out and the breakfast staff were very friendly Location near the tram stations and train station Poor isolation between rooms, since we could hear noise coming from other guests The lift did not work to go up from the reception to the room, most times. This was a little annoying after a day of walking in the city and having to walk plenty of steps just to get to our floor. The wifi was either unreachable or very bad/slow, which did not allow us to get some online work done. After reporting this situation to the staff, the receptionist on duty told us that he couldn't even reset the router and that i would have to go to the front desk every time I wanted to use the wifi. I would suggest the update of the main router and purchase of a Switch for each floor, so that the hotel may have a quicker wifi all over the place and in order to avoid further complaints regarding this matter.

****** A WARNING IF BOOKING THROUGH CAPITAL ONE TRAVEL PORTAL**** The third party agency that Hotel Boreal uses (Hotel Beds) is horrific and unreliable. My booking was confirmed through capital one travel portal, but when arriving to the hotel, the hotel did not receive the confirmation, leaving my booking unreserved. Apparently Hotel Beds routes the bookings to a hotel Boreal in Spain and not the one in France. This was an issue with hotel boreal apparently through the summer of 2023, and the fact that they haven’t ditched the travel agency of hotel beds is the reason I cannot give this hotel more than 2stars in good faith. They then did not honor the rate we payed with capital one, and we wound up paying 300$ more because of high demand due to the rugby World Cup being in town. I did not appreciate hotel boreal pushing this issue off to capital one (which has been flawless with every other booking I have made) and to the travel party they utilize. If the travel party you utilize has been screwing up reservations all summer, YOU TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DISTANCING YOURSELF FROM THAT AGENCY AND DOING RIGHT BY YOUR GUESTS. Leaving your guests to just call and resolve the situation in the LOBY is not appropriate and not how a hospitality business should be run. I will hopefully get through to being refunded the difference by either Hotel Boreal or Hotel Beds (reviews on google are not promising) in the future when My vacation is over. Despite these issues, the hotel was clean and did the job for us. Some positives are down below. Hôtel Boréal was a great option for our budget when traveling to Nice. Situated about 10 minutes from Place Massena and the Cours Saleya, and 10 minutes from the Nice Ville train station, it is an ideal location for exploring Nice and the surrounding towns in the south of France. Breakfast is simple but does the job. Perfect hotel if you will be exploring the area and not be in the room much.

The room was smaller than expected. The humidity in the room led in a bad smell because of the mold in the bathroom. The noise isolation of the hotel is very weak from the noise coming from outside and from your neighbours. The staff was friendly and there for any resquet. The highlight of this hotel is the location.

Such a nice hotel in Nice. It’s location is fantastic, facilities and great, and they offer breakfast. Staff are also helpful. Great little bar next door too. Would definitely return 💜

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
