Please void void this hotel. I had veryy bad experience at this hotel. I dont recommend it to anyone who has kids.. veryy rude staff specially kamran. I had to change my hotel on the third day. I got best deal from Danis hotel in Istanbul and best area close to grand bazar and all shops. Please void Bosphora plus hotel. They give me veryyy hard time with two kids. Too many up hills and down hills. Rooms are not clean. Breakfast is veryy poor. Online says there ks snacks n the lobby for kids but they dont have anything.

I stayed at this hotel after surgery alone in September, it's very close to Acıbadem hospital. The service at the hotel was very good, I felt that the staff really cared about my wellbeing. They provided me with ice when I asked for it, the room service was very good and kind to me. It was very clean and the housekeeping did an amazing job. The roads are very hilly around but there are good shops, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. Çok teşekkür ederim 😄

It is a very good hotel, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the waiters were very friendly. I recommend it to everyone who is thinking of coming to Istanbul.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
