The entire hotel has been recently rebuilt so everything is in perfect condition, besides the location that’s great - 10 minute walk or less to ponte Vecchio, cathedrals, galleria Academia, train station and much more. The sheets and towels were very clean and it was worth it to pay a bit extra for the room facing the garden - big and super quiet. Good breakfast and staff super kind and helpful; Tomazzo was super nice helping with directions and buses for Piazza Michelangelo. Would stay there again

Best decision that I could have done when selecting a place to stay in Firenze. Is just the perfect place! Absolutely well located. Close enough to the station, so you can get to the hotel by walking, but far enough not to be in the station crowed. Places to visit in Firenze are just in the corner. Decor is very nice. Room, SUPER clean, comfy, and new. Safe area and hotel for women traveling alone. Super recommended. Breakfast good. Crew super kind. Love it! Super recommended!!

I can't believe this place isn't blowing up. It is at a perfect location being a short walk from all of the main attractions and close to the train station and central market. It is also cheap, very clean, and a block out of the way from all the street crowds. Go here, this place is awesome.

The location is very convenient as very close to the heart of Florence. A special mention to the staff, particularly to the two brothers at the reception who were so helpful when we had to get the car towed away and fixed. Indeed, be aware that the street is noisy (traffic and drunken group of people spending the night on the porch next door) and our car's windshield got smashed right in front of the hotel. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Compared to others, Boston hotel provides a good quality/price *** option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
