My three night stay was for business and the reservation was for an ocean view room inside the fully renovated boutique hotel,not an old flat in a shady back alley apartment complex from the 70's. It was dirty, smelled like an abandoned, humid building and its alley access did not have safety in mind. This was completely fraudulent as the photos online did not match by any means the deteriorated state of the apartment and the old and ugly furniture inside. The only nice part was the view.I tried to get a different room and the hotel staff was completely uncooperative. The worst hotel experience ever.

This is a 2 star Hotel with a 3 star lobby, in a 4 star location that provides 1 star service. Somebody at the hotel have poured his cheap cologn in the AC central, to supposedly make the rooms smell fresh, but we cannot breathe because the smell is so dense, and I had to turn the AC off. The front desk is very slow in providing minimal service, and for anything beyond mininal, good luck! There is no room service, no bellboy, no room wifi that can be used to connect to the TV, the shower head is a joke, and you get the idea. Avoid if you have other options.

I stayed for 1 week at the b51 boutique hotel with my friend. I think this was the best experience I ever had with an hotel. The service was great, the hotel has the best location for Marbella, you can see the sea outside of your room and the beach is only a 2 minuten walk. For breakfast we had a lot of options and the room was cleaned everyday, the airconditioning was good aswell. We had an amazing time and an amazing view. When I'm visiting Marbella again, I'm 100% going to this hotel again!

The view and location are nothing to by shy about. Utterly beautiful! Don't get me started in the breakfast that will take anyone out of a hangover. My only meh thing about the place was that a lot of the fiatures and some basic amenities weren't there but at the same time it's the beginning of the busiest season so that can be contrite for what you get as a top class establishment. Cheers!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
