We will stay here again next time we are in Santiago! We felt very well taken care of the entire time we stayed here. Our room was beautiful and extremely well kept. It was incredibly clean as well. We enjoyed the daily included breakfast which was delicious and hearty, with a few people there each morning to make coffee drinks, eggs, and avocado toasts and restock the buffet. We also loved the nightly wine hour which was a great introduction to Chilean wine and a nice way to relax before dinner. We felt very safe while we were here, with someone at the front desk 24/7 and a locked gate with keypad to get into the courtyard to enter the hotel. The hotel is walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants in Bellavista and a lovely hike near the zoo. The staff was so friendly and spoke incredible English, which was helpful for us given our Spanish isn’t the best. We only have good things to say about staying here!

Unique and special. Two words I would use to describe our experience. This hotel and its staff are genuinely without comparison and after 5 weeks of travelling through several countries in South America, this hotel was the BEST. The staff. A special mention MUST go to Barbara and Daniel. Barbara was the first person we met in the hotel and was a truly kind soul. She went above and beyond to make our experience special and unique. By the end of our stay at the hotel, I would happily have her as a guest in my house, we trusted her with everything and she didn’t fail to deliver every time. Likewise, Daniel was spectacular with his perpetual smile and good mood and his daily wine hours in the evening with the guests in the hotel were very special. You could tell that all the guests in the hotel feel comfortable when everyone is taking to each other and laughing together at the wine hour. The rooms. They were beautifully decorated in keeping with the period of the hotel (100 years old). They were clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had a good temperature. The location. Perfectly placed and easy to access restaurants and other amenities. If I ever return to Chile, I will stay here again. Thank you Hotel Castillo Rojo, Barbara, Daniel and all the staff for a truly memorable stay.

The hotel is in a really beautiful old house, with functional antique furniture and decor. It’s located in a trendy, artistic corner of the city, with many good restaurants and bars. Pablo Neruda’s former home is just down the street. Our room wasn’t huge, but it was thoughtfully arranged, clean and quiet. We had a nice small balcony/terrace with a view of the city and the mountains behind. The front desk staff were especially helpful and friendly, with good suggestions and advice. In the evening, there is a very nice Wine Hour, free to guests, in the lounge on the second floor.

Great location . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and esthetically pleasing . Decor is nicely done . Was supposed to stay for 2 nights ended up extending 2 more . I just wish they had an elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had some major luggage with us .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
