SCAM ALERT!!! If you decide to book this hotel, forget the photos you can see at all websites. You will be accommodated in a 1-star very poor room. I sent an email to the manager to complain that I haven’t got what I paid for, and I never got the reply. The lady on front desk, without tag name, refused to call the manager, and literally said “call Expedia, I can’t do anything for you because you booked from them”. The rooms showed online probably exist, but it is not for you if you decide to book it from third party, as I did. I booked a 3~4 star hotel according to Google maps, and got a no more then “1 star” instead. Be aware, and stay away from scammers hotels like this one!

We are staying at this hotel. This is our 4th time here and the experience has been totally different. We had a room by the pool because when we arrived they offer an upgrade. The next morning when we wake up the AC broke and the room was full of water. Our clothes and other belongings were full of water. We complained and they offered us another room for an extra price, which is totally unfair cause the AC broke; it’s not our fault. I asked to talk to the manager and they said she was OFF.

Cozy boutique hotel right in fort of the beach. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! and the hotel room was decent, has a great pool I loved the fact that is so close to the beach!it was also close to 5th Avenue but you won’t hear the noise. I Would definitely come again and totally recommend to friends

Great location may be the best location in the city!!! Everything is basically perfect except maybe the cleanliness of the sheets, breakfast stuff are totally not qualified for the job, you must order your food and tell them to bring everything at the same time otherwise they just torment you! Also, I booked a room without knowing that they’re gonna put me in another part of the hotel whatsoever! Not nice 😞 but i will come back to this hotel do!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
