Don’t give them any money or credit card information before check out! Don’t pay anything in advance! As another reviewer already said, they are quick with that and you won’t see it again. After finding out the penthouse room was nothing I was told (no hot water, no working sink or toilet, almost no equipment in the kitchen and more) I asked to check out and only pay the nights I stayed, the owner refused and said he already spent all the money I gave him 20 hours ago. I had to call the police to get anything of my money back. They charged me 200$US per night for a room which was bad. Super disrespectful owner who rather goes to the gym than clearing issues with his business. In 10 years of traveling I have never had such an unpleasant situation with a hotel manager. Extremely unprofessional.

AVOID THIS HOTEL !!!! I used booking.com to stay at the hotel. I assumed they took the payment as I provided my card details when I booked the accommodation. When I arrived, they didn’t have my booking 😕 but I checked in anyways showing the booking made. The day after I checked-out, the hotel used a third party company to charge my card for the accommodation. There is a $7 commission for this on top of the hotel rate. Ok, fine, I was annoyed but it was done. When I expressed my concern via email the price was different to what I had booked with on booking.com there response was “we are not a charity, if you stay at a hotel, you must pay for”. However, I now have a charge for over $700 from the same third party company they used for the initial payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! This hotel cannot be trusted.

Good location, nice place, but the owner or guys who runs the place isint reliable or to be trusted. When there's problems there no one there to help because he is never around or never replies to your messages. He acts like a friend at first only looking to help you but the reality is very different. He doesn't care and is only looking to take advantage or tourists who don't know any better. He kept me deposit for ridulous reasons and over charged me for the electricity bills and the end of my stay. So I liked the place but be careful of Absolon who is not to be trusted with your money.

My friend has checked in at your hotel, she paid half the month in advance, and, long story short, her situation ia like this : no hot water, no water at the sink, the toilet doesn’t flush, kitchen can’t be used, no privacy on the terrace, no silence in the weekends. She asked the owner for the money back so she can find a new place to stay, but he said he doesn’t have it because he already spent it. Unpleasant situation, that needs to be solved as soon as possible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
