Well located hotel. Central to everything. Clean room with great room service. Nice view of the river. Had a few issues with the room card, resulting in us having to return to reception a few times.

Walked into the hotel and was pleasantly surprised at first glance. Once we got past the lobby and checked in, things completely changed. Rooms are completely different from the photos. In addition, the hotel neglected to tell us there was construction work being done and only informed us once we called down to complain. They stated the prior guest damaged the room and it needed to be repaired immediately, however, never once bothered to notify us before checking in so that we may make alternate arrangements. After going down to the front desk to ask for a different room, the front staff told us there was only one other room that was available and would require us to pay to upgrade. Once we asked how much the difference would be, they informed us the room was no longer available and we would be required to stay in our room since they were fully committed for the night. I am not the type to write reviews but this experience has been so ridiculous I figured I’d warn other potential guests.

The room was very beautiful and huge!! It was the example of beautiful Italian interiors. We had a great breakfast and the location is amazing. We did not anticipate the location would be so convenient with beautiful views. The only problem was the cooling in our room. Because the room was huge, even though AC was next to our bed, I'd wake up feeling hot in the middle of the night. Other than this part, there is nothing to complain. I'd totally recommend this place!!!

Very nice king room huge tall ceiling, was amazing, look like straight out of a museum, great staff just double check your bill at checkout we had a tab from someone’s bar added to ours, they took care of it immediately but overall great experience will go back again! Just remember the a/c aren’t turned on yet I researched this part regarding a/c off until about May so do your research, I was well aware ahead of time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
