Fantastic location, a lot of hustle and bustle around. Very close the Louvre but didn’t feel like a tourist trap. Front desk service was great, very welcoming. 40 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, but right next to a metro station so very easy access. Tons of designer stores nearby and fantastic restaurants. There were 3 of us (friends) and we stayed in a double suite and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were also great!

It was my pleasure to stay at this hotel for 5 nights. I consider myself very lucky to have chosen to stay at this hotel and being a guest. It really added a lot to our anniversary trip to Paris. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and always smiling. Anything you ordered for your room, extra toiletries, iron etc, arrived in minutes. I can't remember all the names, but Noemie (at the Front Desk) was so helpful and pleasant, and Christophe in the Restaurant staff always remembered what we wanted to eat /drink from our previous days which was so nice. Lastly, I had to reduce my 6 days stay to 5 days, and even though it was booked through booking.com, and they were not able to refund me for the extra night, the hotel did. Wow! Amazing. The Hotel’s (and Sultana BESLIN's) kind gesture was truly very much appreciated, and just another way to show that all the staff are really showing how much your Hotel values your guest. Many thanks again to all the hotel staff and I wish them all the very best for the festive season.

Third time we have stayed here and on each occasion it was a great experience. Rooms spacious and great breakfast. Excellent locations with top boutiques, restaurants and cafes all close by and within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Paris! Right across the street from the amusement park area, and only a block or so to the Louvre. We were able to rent bicycles nearby, and we were able to get all around the city easily from this location. Rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The staff was amazing at helping us with whatever we needed including booking a taxi. Mitchum was an excellent host!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
