This hotel was booked last minute before our trip. We did not expect anything for the price we paid, but once we entered the hotel it was all excellent and more than what we expected. Check in was smooth and fast , the gentleman was very nice and friendly. Our room was big and the bathroom huge for a European standard. The room was clean and the bathroom had the essentials needed. Highly recommend this hotel close to the train station which has all what you need to by while on holiday.

We stayed in Hotel Bristol for one night, and everything we experienced was good. The location of this hotel is great, which is just near the Milan central station and the metro “Caiazzo” station, and it only takes 5 minutes to them by walking. The room is not big and everything is served nicely. The reception staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast is served at 7:00-10:30 am every morning. In sum, it is a great hotel with good price and service.

Very friendly staff, it's important when the hotel itself lack a few things. Cappuccino is very good. Breakfast with great options. Location is great, close to the train station, for a one night for transit in Milano. Bed is not comfortable at all, very hard, definitely missing a mattress pad. Rooms or poorly soundproofed : you can hear your neighborhoods and the street a lot.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Lovely staff who are available at all hours of the day for any request, and very clean and comfortable rooms. Air con available, and clean bathrooms with nice showers. Buffet style breakfast offered in the mornings with coffee, brilliant way to start the day. Across the road from the central station which makes sightseeing easy, and nice restaurants within walking distance. Felt very safe here as a solo female traveller. :)

The location is great so close to the train station close to bouinsaires street which is full of shopping stores and restaurants behind the hotel many restaurants also in the station pharmacy super market all you need on the other side the water should give daily the wifi not work and the reception not help the bathroom water is poor slowly shower 🤝🤝

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
