Even the smallest room of this hotel is better than the best room of any other hotel… unbelievably good. On top of this, the service - they are a true 5-star. I tried several hotels in Milan, but this one is unbeatable. My preferred stay when going back!

I hardly ever write any negative opinions, but here I need to do so. You should definitely avoid this place. Beside a very nice receptionist and a good location, there is nothing good that this hotel can offer. A lot of dust in the room (especially on the pictures hanging above the bed!!!), horrible shower with only cold water. At least the duvet was clean. It was a very unpleasant experience to stay here. Just a couple euros more and you will stay in a much better and CLEANER place in as good location as this one.

Yeah don’t book here it’s a bad idea, reception was closed when we got there and we couldn’t get a key to our room that we booked and we tried knocking on the door and it was like doing an escape room puzzle just to open the gate at night. Plus you have to pay for cancellation when they ultimately don’t give you a room because there’s no one there to give you a key. So yeah, don’t book here and just find some place boujee to stay because you know it’ll be worth the price.

As location, it's really close to Dergano Mt station; just get off, cross the street and you are already there! As a room, it's enough big for one person but was so hot and there was mosquito if you like the ventilator i might help for it. The bed and pillow were unexpectedly pretty comfortable! I like it! Cleanness was not that bad but at least they could remove the dust from room and put the some soap to toilet! I think it was the costly place for that room with sharing bathroom and wc (40eur). In any case thank you!

an awful and dirty place. The bedsheets and towels were dirty and full of stains. The bathroom was an absolute nightmare, full of plaque everywhere, i was disgusted to take a shower in it. The only good thing is the proximity to the underground.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
