        Hotel Broken Column was excellent and met our expectations. The rooms were pleasant and of normal size. The facility was good and clean. The bathroom and toilet were fine and clean, although older and in need of some repair. Rooms - 8/10 The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to all monuments. We had a great time. Location - 9.5/10 Hotel service was good. The receptionist was great and so was the owner, but it was worse at breakfast. Service - 8.5/10 Overall, a pleasant and good mid-range hotel that I can recommend. Overall - 8.5/10 They can work on a small improvements.

        First and foremost, I want to express my intense anger and outrage towards my appalling experience at this utterly pathetic hotel. I cannot fathom how to adequately describe the abysmal treatment I received from the staff. They were an utterly unprofessional bunch who had no clue how to interact with guests. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff showed complete disregard for my instructions or needs. They ignored me as if I were a burden, as if I didn't deserve their attention. I was subjected to constant neglect and condescension, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the rooms in this hotel are incredibly cramped and uncomfortable. There is hardly any space to move around, and the furniture is old and dilapidated. There is no attention to providing basic amenities, and the cleanliness is appalling. I felt like I was in a small prison cell rather than a luxurious hotel. Moreover, I have never in my life seen a hotel of such abysmal quality. I have traveled to numerous hotels around the world, but this experience was by far the worst. I cannot believe how an establishment claiming to be a hotel can provide services of such deplorable quality. In summary, if you wish to experience frustration and deep disappointment, then this hotel is the perfect choice for you. It is nothing but a wretched experience that should be quickly forgotten and avoided at all costs.

        The location of the hotel is excellent, fresh vibrant and alive. Definitely not what you would expect from a 4 stars hotel. No elevator, mediocre breakfast, average equipment, huge moisture and mold in almost every wall in the rooms.

        The hotel is very well located! It is easy to find important sites and lots of great restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful. My room was comfortable and quiet. This hotel is a great choice for the Sultanahmet area!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
