The reception staff were a bit cold. Maybe it’s an Italian thing, but people hardly smile. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was plentiful, but not varied and choices limited. The complimentary snacks in the room were most welcome. The room was well-serviced, even though it was done late in the day. And oh, it was a delight to have a bathroom with a window! Kudos for that. The only downside was the tiny gym, which I didn’t use as a result. I would stay here again and recommend highly.

Perfect location. Very near to the Duomo and well connected by the metro. The rooms are a bit old but the beds and pillows are fine enough. The door of my bathroom was a bit broken at the bottom but it worked good. The breakfast is excellent to start the morning.

The hotel is in a fabulous location 5 minute walk to the Duomo and within walking distance to most of the city landmarks and shopping areas. I booked 2 double rooms and these were spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were large and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with a plenty of choice of both hot and cold food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central hotel that is value for money and would stay again when I visit Milan.

I was there for a night in September 2023 after losing my passport. The service was excellent and I was able to stay in my room a few more hours free of charge whilst I waited for my passport to be ready. The great attitude of all staff made a very stressful situation much more bearable. Thank you Brunelleschi.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
