Had a wonderful experience on my last visit. Staffs were exceptionally professional and polite. Definitely going to choose the same hotel for my next stay. Extremely affordable, would definitely recommend.

The room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Wifi connection was not very stable and the bathroom was not so clean. Overall, it’s a budget friendly option to stay in this area.

This hotel is a decent place to stay and budget friendly. The room and bathroom was clean, shower was super hot,the AC was working, they have laundary service,the place is located right in the heart of Thamel which is a + point. The staff is very helpful. We believe they also serve breakfast. You will have to take stairs if you are given a room on the third floor ( it was a good exercise). Overall, I would recommend staying here if you like a decent place to stay and nothing fancy.

For the price, the location, and hospitality, you can’t find a better hotel. Not to mention, breakfast is included!! The breakfast was tasty, the coffee was good, and sitting area nice. You can choose between scrambled eggs, sunny side up, or an omelet. I think there’s other breakfast options as well. You can choose to have your breakfast inside the breakfast room, outside on the balcony, or inside your room. The room was clean, sheets were clean, and bathroom was clean. The inside balcony was unique, and definitely a plus!! There was an issue with the water heater, which caused two days of cold showers. They did get the issue fixed, don’t make your judgement thinking there won’t be hot water. Overall, I had a very good stay and would stay again at the Hotel Buddha Land. I would definitely suggest the Hotel Buddha Land. If wanting to stay somewhere on a budget, and close to restaurants and bars, check out this spot.

Had a great stay here. Great. Location at the main market with good food and amazing staff. Highlight was the Hotel Manager Pramod who planned the entire nepal itinerary for us and helped arrange all the logistics. He was very responsive during the entire trip and ensured our trip went hasslfree. Highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
