We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff was polite. The food excellent. The cleanliness in the rooms was very good. The wellness good. We wanted to extend our stay, we didn't because the only thing we didn't like at all was that my partner had to wake up at 08:00-08:15 to find sunbeds for us at the pool. Already at 08:15 in the morning he could only find a free sunbed on the grass. I noticed myself that an elderly couple left the towels on the sunbed at 12:00, went up to the room and came back again at 17:00. This is unacceptable for such a good hotel and unfair to customers who have to interrupt their sleep to get a sunbed. I hope that the "battle of the sunbeds" will be resolved so that we can come again for vacations at the hotel.

Very nice hotel near the shores of Lake Garda with the best breakfast spread I've ever encountered! Spacious rooms and I liked the small touches like the makeup wipes. Gorgeous indoor and outdoor pool areas (if chilly water outside, but that's to be expected in autumn). All staff very pleasant, helpful and polite. Thank you Hotel Caesius!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First, the room did not look at all like the room I had booked online. The room was far more dated with less amenities than I was led to believe. We booked this hotel for a few nights as part of our honeymoon and we were looking forward to relaxing in the saunas in a beautiful setting. We were unaware the saunas were coed nude saunas (signs everywhere saying clothes must be removed). A man was naked in the saunas, making it uncomfortable for us as this is not at all common where we are from. One of the worst parts was the restaurant. We did not get the food-inclusive rate but decided to eat at the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked decent and the setting was beautiful overlooking the pool some mountain and lake views. Big mistake as I ended up getting food poisoning from my meal (which was one of the most expensive meals we had and we also stayed in Rome and Milan). This is truly a shame as the setting seemed to be nice. They offer free shuttles to the city center, they are situated very close to the lake, and the amenities seem nice at first glance. However, nothing was carried out to the level anticipated and all services fell short. For the price paid and other high reviews, I was expecting a far better experience.

Quite big area with a huge outdoor pool and 2 smaller ones and a separate kids area. Enough chairs and umbrellas available. The indoor pool is nice too and there is a separate area with thermal pools. There is a fitness room and a sauna too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was great too but the eating area was a little bit too much air conditioned for my taste. If the weather allows it you can eat outdoors as well. The rooms are nice, clean and quite big. You can even get different pillows if you wish.

Lovely place. Most of the staff are nice but not ideal for kids as you are not really allowed to have fun in the main pools. No ball throwing no jumping in etc and the life gaurd are very grumpy !! Great place for couples but not for fun loving families

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
