Don't expect much help from the staff. Requested early check-in even pay extra, no can do. Requested a room on a low floor, no can do. Plus they have the nerve to do construction works inside the hotel! Being on holiday and you can't sleep past 7am! They should have the decency to close the hotel during construction works! Shameful.

We are disappointed with this hotel, because the photos do not correspond to reality, and the price-quality ratio does not match either. I think for that price we should have gotten at least the room that is in the photos, but now it was very bad, the walls were scratched, blackened, there was some kind of smell in the entrance. The shower/tub is also very poor It is also indicated that the door is unlocked with a card, and we received a key, which was very difficult. According to everything, we came to travel and went back to the hotel just to sleep, but even then I didn't really want to go back, At the time of our stay, it was quite cold, the hotel had neither heating nor air conditioning that worked. The only good thing was that the station was nearby

Enjoyed our mini break. Room was good, clean, towels & beds changed daily. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Close to Coliseum & we walked to The Trevi Fountain,Spanish Steps etc

We really enjoyed our stay. Super friendly workers and very conveniently located. Just a couple blocks from Termini station and also a couple blocks from 2 different stops for the hop on hop off buses. Restaurants everywhere.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and we left very dissappointed. We want to begin saying that the location of the hotel was great. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and nice. The hotel was very very very dirty. It had 3 stars but I don't think it justifies the fact that is why it was so dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
