husband & I loved Hotel Calimala while staying in Florence for three days. Our room was fun, clean and very comfortable. I was impressed with the style and care used in decorating our room and the lobby. The staff at the front desk were great and always very helpful. Our breakfasts were delicious, servers for breakfast and the bartenders who prepared cafes in the morning and drinks in the evening were all so kind. We had an early morning excursion & the server so kindly assembled to-go containers for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is perfect for staying at the center of Florence. The rooms are spectacular even though it's a little bit small (the 17m^2 one). But still, it's give you great vibes. The front desk helped me with couple of issues I faced during my stay in Italy, they are very helpful and humble. Thanks Calimala!

High Quality hotel in every measurement. I was very happy with my 4-night stay in Hotel Calimala. From the start, all the staff was engaged and attentive to my needs and wants. I arrived, and a few matters needed to be discussed (which "wing" I wanted to stay, they have multiple sites across the road from each other), and they were purely interested in ensuring my satisfaction. The rooms themselves were clean and beautiful, stocked with all the usual items you would expect. Mini-bar was satisfactory and had water and enticing snacks that I gave into once or twice. The TV's system worked well, and I was able to use Chromecast to watch whatever I wanted. The only note I would make is the windows in the rooms do offer adequate sunlight, but they don't offer any "view" to speak of. This honestly does not matter that much to me as long as I can get some natural light. Housekeeping was surprisingly quick and stealthy, each time the room was restored from our chaos to being neat and tidy. The on-site amenities (bar/food/breakfast service) were great as well. Great quality and fairly priced. I will be staying here for my return visits!

Hotel accommodations were comfortable, modern and clean. Great location, walking distance to most popular landmarks and restaurants. Customer service was superb and they surely strive for excellence. The manager left a handwritten welcome note in our hotel room. Both rooms were ready early and we were able to do an early check-in. They have a roof top with great views and it is fantastic to go at night to drink regional wine and appreciate the view.

Great service happy faces with a great environment. Big and clean really rooms. You feel nice being in the hotel. Amazing cocktails at the hotel bar when we got there many congratulations at Bruno very friendly talkative and good at his job!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
