Exceptional clean well maintained rooms and facility generally. Staff unfailing friendly and helpful. Room was small (who cares at a tourist hotel), but in addition to king-sized bed contained a single at no extra charge. Highly recommend this very e onomical hotel less than 10 min walk from Termini Station

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. Hotel is clean, air conditioning worked well and it is close to the train station which is a huge plus. Breakfast is decent, staff is very nice and courteous. Alessandro at the front desk was a gem and explained us the map and was always very pleasant and polite. Only gripe was that they did not have an iron or ironing table to give, which really was a bit dissappointing as on my previous trips to other hotels in the area I was given one upon request so make sure you travel with a travel iron. Otherwise, it is a nice, quiet, clean place to stay.

I was stuck in Rome after a flight cancellation. I was able to book quickly and the room was ready hours ahead of time. The staff made sure I had a perfect stay and offered a ton of helpful tips about the city. The room itself was great and the central location near Roma Termi were both pluses as well. Would recommend!

Staff was nice, the location is good, the rooms are quiet, we were happy... Until we woke up finding bedbugs in the sheets, our bodies covered in bites. What surprised me the most is that when we told the person at the reception, they did not seem shocked at all, they simply asked if we wanted to change rooms (I don't know what they expected as an answer honestly). Since we were checking out, they then simply made us pay for the stay as if nothing wrong had happened, saying "sorry we'll take care of it, good bye". Edit : following your answer, which is utterly dishonest, I am adding a picture to my comment, which I had already sent to your manager. Maybe the doctors I had to see do not know what a bed bug looks like? Or maybe they misinterpreted the 50+ bites I had to take a medical treatment for? I will let you reconsider your answer. Last but not least, unlike you are suggesting I did NOT ask for a refund because I was in distress at that time. But I guess I should have made it clear, since your manager did not even think about suggesting it.

We visited Rome while on our 10th Anniversary trip to Europe and selected Hotel Camelia because of its reviews posted by other previous travelers and it's proximity to the train station. After reaching Rome, we just walked by the streets and reached the hotel in approx 12 minutes. It is bang opposite to the police station and a very lively local market. The hotel in itself is very nice, cozy setting and the food was just yum. Month and year of visit: July 30th, 2017.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
