Place is in desperate need of renovation! Very limited hot water for showers. Carpet is filthy. Small 3 person elevator so plan on walking up and down a narrow staircase without hand rails. Only good thing about this place is the location.

Hotel Canada has been nothing but a beautiful experience. The bed was very comfy, the staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. The prices are also reasonable and the breakfast is very good.

This place could easily be 5 stars. However we reserved a room with a king bed, when we got to our room we found out it was actually 2 full-size beds. When we asked about our reservation the night auditors had a conversation as to whether the mistake was due to “maintenance” or “computer software error” since they didn’t have any kings available we were stuck. Like many people have stated the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and street. Fortunately it wasn’t a busy night on the street but there was still lots of traffic noise. Also the bathrooms as stated by many people are poorly designed. Why does the shower area allow the water to enter the rest of the bathroom area and why is the secondary drain in the worst spot imaginable to deal with water exiting from the shower area?

We endured a 15-night stay at the hotel, where they assigned us a room next to a noisy night club. Despite requesting a room change, they claimed it wasn't possible. To add to the frustration, they notified us on the first day that water would be shut off from 11 am to 7 pm. Unfortunately, the water was on and off for 3 days. When we contacted them to express our concerns and seek compensation in return, they refused to assist. Our experience was unpleasant, and we won't be returning. We sought Orbitz's help for a refund, but the hotel repeatedly claimed the manager was unavailable when contacted by Orbitz. The room was outdated. Everything in it was very old. And it had a bad smell to it.

Excellent location, a few steps away from el Zocalo. Used to be more affordable. Good breakfast included in the price. Ricardo, esteban, and Ivan, the bellboys, could not be more helpful and friendly. Kudos to them all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
