The room was modern and small and well maintained and my room had a nice balcony. The breakfast was good with eggs and fresh bread and other simple offerings. The Metro and many restaurants, convenience stores, and groceries were a short walk from the hotel. The only issue was that the mini refrigerator didn't work and I wished they'd replace the water bottle every few days. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good quality of room BUT someone from stuff came inside the room when we was out (We put “do not disturb” label)!!! And they are didn’t close the door after themselves. How dare

I highly recommend this hotel 😊 Location is great, few steps from the metro station and there are lines for the city center, the airport and the main train station. You need app. 20-25 minutes to get to the city center. Supermarket is few steps away, too. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable 😊 The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed, too. Breakfast was great as well and it exceeded our expectations for 2-star hotel. All employees were very kind and hospitable. I have a minor suggestion to add hat stand for jackets in the room (at the door or similar).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
