In general, it was a decent hotel. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and the location is really good if you need a good public transport connection. However, the room had a very bad smell that took 3 days of constantly having the balcony door open to not even disappear but just decrease. There were plenty of spots in the room that desperately ask for a maintenance. Oh, and the WiFi wasn’t the greatest, so definitely don’t recommend it if you need to get some work done at the hotel. Breakfast was also rather disappointing with not just a few options but they also didn’t taste very nice either. Overall, it was okay but if I were to come back to Lisbon, I won’t be staying here.

Just been there with family and friends for family function. Luxury hotel with nice and large rooms. Cafeteria and restaurant also available in the hotel, location is on too busy area with lots of vehicles on the roads and roads are too cozy with so narrow footways. There no parking available at all, on that full road there is only parking for residents not for anyone els, Food and service was good

Perfect experience, the receptionist and all other personel are friendly.They let us in before check in time because we came arrived very early, They are here for your needs. Very good breakfast and lovely rooms (big rooms). The air condition worked perfectly, the geographical location is approximate the airport and center of Lisbon (and also a calm neighbourhood to have a goodnight rest). I highly recommend this hotel. Obrigado!!!

Location is close to airport and safe area. They don't have a lot of option for breakfast, but it's okay. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
