I stayed with my mom and the bathroom is a see-through glass which was really awkward. (It would be great if you inform this before reservation or changeable when it’s asked.) Also, the room is so small that only one luggage can obstruct all the walk way. Instead of 7 days stay, we only stay 3 days and change to another hotel due to the room size and bathroom factor. However, hotel design, the staff and location are great!

Car parking fee excluded. (Add 12,000 won) There is no option for breakfast-include fares. Non-smoking building, but smoking area doesn't exist as well. Design is modern. Staff are kind... but still motel level.

We think, it’s one of the good options to stay in Seoul for this price. Room is small, bud big bed and shower and it’s better than vice versa. Good design of interior and location 😇 If u travel alone, it will be perfect choice to stay in Hotel Cappuccino

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cappuccino. The room I had booked was very nice. The bed was extremely spacious and I didn’t mind that it was bit cramped considering that it was just me traveling. The bathroom and shower were also very nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Seoul looking for a decent price hotel in a decent location (a couple minutes walk from the nearest metro station).

Please don't waste your money staying here rooms are so small there is no space for a suit case, the paint is peeling off the walls due to cracks and the building also felt like it was swaying. So disappointing

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
