An amazing place to stay, in a perfect position just a few steps away from Florence main squares (5-minute walk from San Lorenzo market, just 10 minutes to get to the Cathedral) and very close to the main train station (a 8-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella). The hotel is very well decorated and amazingly kept, rooms and common spaces are clean and spacious, they have a nice lounge with an outside veranda that is just so relaxing, a bar which serves both coffee and drinks. During summer is not uncommon they offer live music shows or art expositions for free. Plus, receptionists and bar personnel are always available for help and are super kind and helpful. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice hotel in a walkable distance to the city centre. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Loved the interior of the public areas and our room with a view of the Duomo. Also practical for guests who are arriving by their own car: the hotel is located on one of the few streets outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL), so you can drive directly to the front door and unload your luggage. Would love to stay again one day.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel is 7-8 mins walking from Firenze SMN train station and almost 20-22 mins walking to Piazza Del Duomo. The bus-stop is also just opposite to the hotel. Also, there is a small super market Conad in 5 mins. Overall the location of this hotel is very good. The staff at the hotel is very helpful, cordial and hospitable. The breakfast is also a good spread of continental and italian dishes. The rooms are cleaned everyday. We were made very comfortable and enjoyed our stay here. Totally recommended!!!

Our family had a wonderful time during our 10 day stay. The staff was always helpful and accommodated our needs above and beyond. Breakfast was very good, and the staff always eager to accommodate.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
