        The location was not very convenient. The breakfast was probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The bread was stale, the bacon cold, and it felt like the food had been sitting out for hours (considering we got there when they opened that’s not a good sign to me). Despite paying for it we left and found somewhere else to eat as we could not finish it. We followed the directions on the laundry service papers and the individual up front told us to follow those directions (leave the clothes in a bag on the bed or bring them to reception). Then, after our clothes weren’t taken, he told us we had to bring them down to reception as they missed the window for the room pickup. Directions are not clear and must be changed. The only good thing about this hotel is the dinner. The restaurant was very good. That’s why I give them 2 stars and not one. I do not recommend this place. Find somewhere closer to downtown and less outdated.

        We arrived early on Boxing day for a last minute booking to Rome for 5 days. As we arrived we were greeted by a lovely man who was friendly and seemed like he cared about customers. The hotel was very modern and clean with an excellent small bar housed on the left side. This had a large selection of drinks, yet pricey but as we were in a capital city prices do inflate so.... when in Rome!!! The room was great. The bed itself was one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on in my entire life as well as it being cleaned every day we was there. The room was very modern with a big TV for some nice viewing. The view from the window wasn't the best but we didn't visit Rome to stay in our rooms all day so that wasn't an problem. The bathroom was very small which was a slight issue as the toilet was very close to the wall and being 6ft 3 my legs seemed cramped. Other than that the shower was brilliant either great pressure so it was a pleasure everytime we did us it. Breakfast was a standard Continental which was nice as we only booked for Bed and Breakfast. Nothing more to say but the dinning/Breakfast room was clean and seemed well stocked. We only ever used this once as we eat in Rome most days. The Location was a fair way away from the Centre and anything notable. We had to get a bus or Taxi (pretty cheap for the bus) every time we wanted to visit Rome Centre. This took a good 20 minutes on the bus which was annoying but for the time we booked and the time of year I can't complain as most places were fully booked in the centre. Other than that, the whole hotel and amenities were great. Room 5* Bar 5*. The only reason for the 4* is the size of the bathroom and location and I realise you can't change either of them. All in all, if you're into a modern hotel with a comfortable room and don't mind the travel to the city, this hotel is definitely for you. The prices were very good value for our money and I can't fault what we got from it.

        In general absolutely disappointed ☹️ of staying in this hotel. I cannot understand the raiting at all. 1. Location : is far away from the center. Public transport it was dificult to catch (never on time; never by google info) we should pay few times expensive taxis after 00:00h , even to the airports transfer are more expensive then from the city center .. 2. Coold inside … the air conditioning doesn’t work good 😌 in the room … on the breakfast restaurant we freeze 🥶 always. 3. Breakfast doesn’t cost even 5eu for me ! It is not 4 stars hotel … looks like 2. Non variety… every day is the same . No one vegetable or fruits . Definitely i will not repeate!

        Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The only good thing is room is clean. I’ve asked 3 times to lower AC and yet 4 am and the air is dead in the room. Snacks, beverages and coffees require change only and not credit or tap system and yet I ask for change at front desk and they don’t have no coins. Desk people seem bothered and should not be in the service industry because of them, the hotel has low standards! Change your front of the house employees and you’ll change the outcome of your service.
