This hotel is at a most convenient location if you are about to use Metro to move around Milano. Close to the Stations of Susa and Dateo (M4 line) offers fast and easy access to M1 central line with so many things to visit (at each of its stations Duomo, Cadorna, Conciliazione etc). Check-in at the desk is fast and easy as well as check-out (so i believe there is no need to prior do it from the internet). Information at check-in is clear for everything. The room we had was nice and simple, could well cover our needs and it was well heated. The bathroom was clean with all equipment new and everything worked fine (without unpleasant surprises that are not rare in other destinations such as London). The view from the window was a nice plus for us. You could enter at the hotel at any time of the day with electronic card even when doors were locked. At all time you had the feeling of safety without any such worries. The whole area around also feels safe during most of the day and night. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety of choices and the coffee is good italian coffee well prepared for each visitor.

You get what you pay for including a snooty hotel management that treats you like goods to make money with but not like guests. Nevertheless small & simple but clean rooms. Be prepared to hear everyone coming back to their rooms in the middle of the night.

A little compassion doesn't kill.. while I politely asked him to cancel my reservation because the ship's itinerary was canceled and I could not come to Italy, you were not interested at all. They told me it's your problem!, contact booking. Booking contact the hotel , but they rejected.I consider it inhumane! Very nice treatment. Don't see every customer as money

The first guy at the reception was very rude; the second on the following morning was amazingly sweet… this is a hotel good for 1 or 2 nights max, incredibly clean and modern. But you can hear noise from other rooms if you have a light sleep. For the extremely low price, l would definitely go again… but l recommend ear plugs to avoid hearing some of the staff and for sleeping at night.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
