Great location. Wifi is available all time and mart in front of the hotel. Very convenient. It is an old European building, so you cannot expect modern squicky clean rooms. Old European buildings have their own charm. Staffs try to keep it clean, helpful, and be friendly. There's a dodge area a few blocks away which is common everywhere around big stations.

It was the worst experience I have ever had! Hotel location is surrounded by drunks. The hotel owner and german cleaning lady is so rude she don’t even change the bed sheets and clean properly.. we booked online as we were so dumb and in rush but never imagined this is going to be happen. The washroom soap was mixed with water and so the shower gel. Washroom door handles were broken. Half of bulbs were fuse. Staff was rude. They don’t let you sit in dinning area until unless you book food and pay.. (though we do sit on other hotels they never asked us to leave) The price is so high as compared to service and quality. I hope it is going to be useful for others…

If you’re wondering: “can it really be that bad?” - then yes, yes it can. The neighborhood is extremely unsafe, the guests in the room next door kept us awake through the paper thin walls and doors. The whole vibe is very dodgy. If you have a few euros to upgrade to another hotel, I’d advise you do.

Flawless service with a great customer facing attitude, friendly,helpful and accommodating staff. A top choice for a stress-free stay 4min near the train station. Generous breakfast buffet offering, super clean room and surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

It was okay for this cheap price. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) in a very bad neighborhood. Not recommended if you're disturbed by junkies, homeless people and gangstas on the street outside your window. Otherwise the room was fine (nothing special) and the hotel staff was kind and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
