        Very good hotel! The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. They explain everything as you check in. The room was a bit small but it wasn't a problem at all! The room was clean and cozy! I recommend it!

        STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. This hotel was the absolute worst experience of my life. I missed my flight because of these people. The staff are not Italian, they are from India and they don't speak great English. They promised to get a taxi at 8am to go to the airport. I confirmed this twice with them, they said no problem. When 8am the next morning arrives. There is no taxi. The Indian at reception says only "no taxi, I don't know, I don't know" over and over again. He can't even call me a new taxi and is completely useless and gives me no help whatsoever. I had to run to a DIFFERENT hotel and ask the receptionist there to call me one and one arrived in 5 minutes. There is no one at reception between 6pm and 7am. I was locked out of my room late at night and had no way of getting back in. I had to bust through the door so that I didn't have to sleep outside.

        Fantastic location and friendly and helpful staff. Steps from everything. The room was good but I took off one star because the AC didn’t get the room below 24 degrees and there wasn’t a corkscrew or wineglasses in the room. The roof top bar can help you out - opens at 5. Also the wine shops close by will open your wine for you.

        The Hotel was in a great location, near a Bus station and a market, pharmacy and some boutique shops. The top roof restaurant is very charming and the service is espectacular, but the food is not so good. I recommend you go and have a drink, and have dinner somewhere else.
