Actually, this is a nice hotel, with an excellent location to do walking tours from. It is clean, and has a nice breakfast option on site. The reason I gave it three stars for rooms and service is because got the first two nights there, we were quite cold due to the room heat not working. I requested twice tho have maintenance come look to see what I was doing wrong with the thermostat. Nothing changed, not even sure if they checked... On day three, o cornered a housekeeper and requested that she call in the maintenance guy. He promptly came, did a quick check, and found the heat wasn't working. We were told it would be addressed while we were out doing our thing in town. Upon returning to the hotel, we received a Very Nice upgrade and apology for the lack of heat. The rest of our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, they just didn't address the problem when it was first mentioned.

Porto is fabulous, and if you're in your room, you're doing it wrong. With that said, it's more like a 3 star hotel with a great lounge bar. The rooms are small. To get into the shower, you must be able to clear a large step in tub. Cleanliness is on point. I would stay here again just because it's so clean. Bed is on the firmer side. There are no USB ports in the outlets. Location is outstanding.

Room is nice, clean and spacious. Hotel is very close to the Douro River and to many shops. Breakfast is horrible. The have buffet but the food served is cold. Scrambled eggs felt like it was prepared the night before. Bacon was chewy and why are there no sausages? Choices are limited.

Great location. Horribly uncomfortable beds (it's like sleeping on plywood) and horrible pillows. Choices were big and bigger. Long body pillows or enormous king sized square pillows. Hairdryer is annoying as you have to squeeze it to work. People working there were pleasant but I wouldn't stay here again.

Lovely location just in the heart of the city. Elevators are a bit confusing since only one leads to your room. Restaurant is at -3 and again there can be a long wait for the elevator. A bit dar as well. The breakfast buffet was nice with both international and local specialities. Spa looks amazing but I didn't go.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
