It really needs 10 stars: The location is fab, but the staff? Exceed ALL expectations! I had booked another hotel well in advance, only to arrive and be told by the hotel they had moved me to another hotel...It laxked AC and an in-room fridge, which as a diabetic with insulin needing refrigeration, is essential. After a rude conversation, I was left scrambling for a hotel room. I called Casa de la Troya and while they said they were sold out, not 2 minutes later, they called to say they had a cancellation. Best. Call. Yet! Jesus Laura at the front desk was beyond helpful and courteous, as was Daniella and the breakfast staff. Rooms are also quiet, beds comfortable and omg the shower??? After hiking the Camino, you really should come and stay here.

The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes away from the Santiago cathedral. The rooms are clean with good water pressure. They also had a safe and mini fridge. There is also a a self operated laundromat at the back of the hotel open from 08.00 to 23.00 (there is a change machine there) and also automatically adds free soap for washing that is at least 30min duration. The stay was comfortable and a welcome relief after a 28km walk. They also serve a continental breakfast as well and the waitress was kind enough to make me a cafe con leche.

Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel next to a night club that plays loud and pounding music constantly till 5:00 am. Internet didn't work during entire stay.

This hotel is a jewel! The location could not be better!! The rooms are clean and super comfortable. As a solo travel security is a must and this place is super safe. The staff is helpful and kind. I strongly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
