Staff is pretty responsive, which pleases. Service is nice and good service in Italy is a rare thing =) So we had luck. Rooms are ok but a little bit old and slightly ragged. Located near Vatican in a quiet and peaceful area of the city.

I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of August with my fiance and the stay was solid. Easy check-in/check-out process. Breakfast was better than I thought it would be - cured meats, cheese, breads, pastries, scrambled eggs, fruit, water, coffee machine etc. They also accommodated our early morning breakfast. Location was pretty good - 15 minute walk to the Vatican, 15 minute drive to the city via taxi. Rooms were just ok - paper thin walls, firm beds, firm pillows. We also didn't get the double bed we requested but instead had to combine two single beds. Overall, would recommend as a budget friendly place to stay in Rome.

The rooms were simple, but clean. The desk staff were always very warm, friendly and helpful. The location was quiet, but decently close to downtown Rome. Loved the chapels downstairs, and breakfast was excellent! Main drawback was just that these are also apartments that people can live in, and there were definitely some people here that were very loud in the morning. Their voices would echo in the halls.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and we noticed mold in the shower. The room appeared quite dated, and the furniture had a musty smell, prompting us to keep our clothes inside our suitcases. Additionally, there was only one electrical outlet in the room. Despite running the air conditioning at full capacity, the room remained uncomfortably warm. Furthermore, noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was highly audible. Overall, our stay at the hotel was disappointing and far from satisfactory.

Normal hotel with a good location. It fully justifies its three stars and price. A quiet, peaceful place, away from the bustle of the city, but close enough to all the attractions of Rome. Quite a decent breakfast. I liked it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
