Super clean rooms and hotel in general, delicious breakfast, staff is flexible around your needs, nice and attentive. Great toiletries, coffee, tea, heating, welcome cookies. Stable wifi! Everything you need for a perfect stay! Located next to Buda Castle and UK embassy, close to center and bus/train stations. I checked in after midnight and was still warm-welcomed, also requested a late check out which was quickly arranged. They helped me around town, with affordable taxi service, etc. Felt like home! 🩵

Hotel is located on the hill at 5min by Bastion and close to public transportation. They have parking, a restaurant and a rich breakfast. Rooms are confortable, reception service is in english and personal helped us with everything we need.

The room big and clean but a bit old, the wifi didn’t work at all (we tried multiple networks as they have kind of a non-meshing mesh installed? Fire your IT guy please), the air conditioning was struggling and making a lot of noise so i opened up a filter and it was completely clogged, probably never been cleaned, a health hazard. Also the windows leaked a lot of light and made sleeping hard I can’t really recommend the place, even if the price was really good and the service very friendly, they even found some ice for my knee.

I recently stayed at Hotel Castle Garden for three nights. This hotel is perfectly located, on a quiet street near a gateway to the Fishermen's Bastion. This hotel offers spacious and spotless rooms with all the basic facilities required, including excellent toiletries, a kettle, a safe, air conditioning and a minibar. Wi-Fi works excellently and the staff is customer-friendly. In the morning, guests can start the day with an excellent breakfast buffet, which offers a wide and varied selection including some hot options in a cosy setting. I had a pleasant stay, but a few drawbacks prevent me from awarding five stars. Indeed, a renovation of the room is imminent. The main work points are the A/C, from which hardly any cold air came and the limited number of power outlets. Furthermore, I found the room particularly dark, the mattresses uncomfortably soft and the shower was in the bathtub, which is my least favourite arrangement due to the high step. A non-slip mat in the bath would consequently be appreciated. As already touched upon, Hotel Castle Garden enjoys an excellent location. The important public transport hub Széll Kálmán tér is just a few minutes' walk away and from there the metro takes you to the centre of Pest in only a few minutes. The Fishermen's Bastion and Buda Castle can be reached on foot. But those who have difficulty walking can always use the bus, as the Mátray utca stop is located at the back of the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
