this spot has a great location. It's really close to the Vatican, and people are very friendly. If you need to leave your luggage they will help you for free. The breakfast is not free, but you have plenty of places to eat around.

Customer service was good. Room was tiny. There were two windows angled very high up near the roof that were left slightly cracked open which led to some bugs coming in to our room. A/C worked well. The room appeared to be extremely old with a fresh paint job. Bathroom also looked quite grimey and was very small that I could barely fit. Location is excellent as it's easily accessible by public transit and close to the main tourist attractions in Rome. The hotel has a lot of potential if they renovate. Price was a bit much given the condition of the room.

Near the vatican city, check in staff were exceptional and very friendly, room cleaning was OK, didn't always top up the sugar and coffee but not a big issue, the concierge usually provided some on request. Very close to the vatican and St Petters, and plenty of bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. The air-conditioning was fantastic and really needed as the temperature was consistently in the mid 30s. Would definitely stay here again, its a good 20 minute walk into the main tourist areas, but that is the beauty of Rome so much to explore and best done on foot.

Staff have been very friendly and kind. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. Cleaning is less than once every three days but you are left with plently of basic essentials to tied you over. Room is perfectly equipped, very clean when I first walked in and tidy. Breakfast in Italy is mainly sweet foods and spreads so don't expect much more than that, I did not sample the breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on this. The room was great value, so you can't expect The Ritz and this is where I think some of the other reviews are harsh. Feedback wise and mostly this is very minor things hence the postive review. The mini bar protocol could be explained I felt worried I would get charged for taking a drink from it (hope I don't as I think a pricelist or tag would be added). Second point, adding a English channel even just BBC World News would be great only a very minor thing almost not worth mentioning but I think some guests would like that. Looking at the experience so far with a positive outlook I would say that five stars is indeed fair :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
