Property is clean and quiet. It's about 5-10 minute walk from Shin-okubo station, in the heart of Korea Town. Nice that it's one stop past Shinjuku station to miss the noise and chaos, but next time we'd probably stay a little bit more near. The place itself does not arrange for luggage transport, so you have to do it through one of the convenience stores in the area (the nearest 7/11 helped us). Rooms are small as expected, but effective home bases for exploration. The only issue we had is that there's not enough towel holders - there was no place for a hand towel to hang from.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, modern, comfy bed and great power shower. We went for the bigger room to have more space with our suitcases, even though we only took small ones. The drinks and food at the cafe was also great and the seating areas are lovely. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location is excellent, near 3 different subway lines. So easy to get about Tokyo and a short walk away from the 2D cafe and a few other food/drink places including a really good Curry place on the corner

Clean, walking distance from JY line shin okubo station. Near by Korea food street. Level 2 have mini laundry area, vending mechine, washing machine and dryer, you can purchase the laundry pod 100yen, washing machine is 200yen. Near by have many restaurants, family mart, Don quijote (also known as Don Don Donki). Room space is small, but enough for 2 people. Luggage can store below the bed frame. Toilet is clean, got small fridge, safety box, mirror, hair dryer, chair, table lamp, rubbish bin and window. The staff is very friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English. Check in with a self check in kiosk. There is a cafe and bar in the front yard. The area is quiet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
