        Terrible experience!!!! You wanna know what’s working??? Nothing. - The AC is controlled by reception and always off, and when you force them to turn it on you will not be able to sleep because of its noise. - Wifi isn’t working. - No electricity near the bed so if you wanna charge your phone you should put it 3 meters away. - Horrible noises (trams passes near by and the refrigerator in the room makes annoying noise). - You have to wake up with the sunrise because the curtains are so thin. I am glad it was only one night. I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL.

        After reading all the negative reviews I’m really glad my flight was cancelled and I didn’t have to stay there. However I need to contribute with my “virtual” experience. When I discovered my flight to Rome was cancelled due to italian airports strike (july 15 - the day of the scheduled flight from Paris) I immediately tried to contact the hotel. I made at least 20 calls to the number advertised on Hotel’s website but no answer. I’ve also written two emails and the answer came from an EX-WORKER who’s contact mail was written in my booking confirmation. How the hell can you call yourself a hotel if you’re absolutely incapable of providing those basic requirements? Not to mention they charged me the 25% price penalty the day BEFORE my arrival :D This hotel is fu€king nightmare and I hope it gets closed asap.

        The moment I entered the room I’ve noticed some dark hair on the bed and on the bathroom floor! Absolutely disgusting! The promised room I had to have was with a view - the only view I had when I opened my window was the area where they throw the garbage! Room close to the reception therefore very noisy! Smell of mold in the whole room, impossible to ventilate the room! There was no wifi in the room! Way too expensive for what you get! The hotel is close to the train station therefore it’s not the safest area but for being a young girl on herself I did not face any problems during my stay. There are pretty good restaurants near the hotel and it’s not far from the city center. The staff was nice but that’s it! I definitely do not recommend this place! You can find something better and cheaper!

        Basic of the basics, minimum of the minimums. Shady neighbourhood but centrally located. A/C controled from the reception. Got us in a room with fold out bet in place so could hardly turn around. Without it, the room is deecent size. Plenty of hot water and good wifi, but those are about the only amenities. Breakfast is 5 euros, again minimum of the minimum. Bottom line - if the price is right visit, if you can find anything better rated at the same price go there.

        Not three stars, two stars maximum. In the centre, but a very bad area, near Termini station and very unpleasant surroundings, especially for night. The room was cold, we couldn't control the temperature, we needed to ask at the reception to switch the heating on every night, the toilet was broken... The reception staff was very kind.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
