        Fantastic accomodation in a great, central location. Breakfast had a wide variety of food options, great for vegetarians too. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we were greeted by such welcoming, helpful staff. We enjoyed the sauna facilities and the workout equipment. Would definitely recommend staying here!

        A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location for both the old town and transport links to the railway station and airport. Helpful stuff, nice, clean, modern rooms and very good breakfast in a beautiful Vienna style Cafe Central. One of the reception staff played piano during breakfast, which made us not want to leave this amazing Alpine city.

        Stayed here 5 nights in January. The positive: - Location is right in the center - Very good breakfast, that starts from 6h30, so we could eat before our flight - Friendly staff at the reception, Matthias deserves a raise for enthusiasm - The building is beautiful The not so positive: - There are just 2 lifts of which one was broken during half of our stay. It seems like the cleaning staff doesn’t have a service elevator, so we had to wait a lot for the lift that many times we decided to walk up/down 4 floors - Room is a bit outdated - Paid water bottles in the fridge (3 euros) is so 1990’s, at the checkout they wanted to give us 2 water bottles, but that makes no sense as you can’t take it past airport security - Heating was turned to sauna mode most of our stay - While the big hotel keys certainly have their charm, it is outdated and may be better replaced by a card system Overall we had a very nice stay.

        This place has a beautiful staff and amazing cafe, but the rooms In my opinion, they are very tight. It's a pity that there is no kettle in the room, but you will be offered free bottles of water at check-out and lockable Luggage room

        Our stay at the Central hotel- Innsbruck was marred by several issues, and I feel compelled to share our unpleasant experience. Upon our arrival, we were shocked to discover that the hotel had unilaterally upgraded our room without any prior notice. This was a major problem for us, as we had specific accessibility requirements due to my son's wheelchair. The new room they provided required climbing up to the bed, which was impossible for my son to manage. We had, in fact, informed the hotel of our accessibility needs via email in advance of our stay, and this information was completely disregarded. Instead of addressing our concerns and trying to rectify the situation, the hotel staff flatly refused to give us our originally booked room, which met our specific requirements. This lack of accommodation was both disheartening and unacceptable. What's worse, the staff's attitude was nothing short of appalling. Rather than showing empathy and professionalism, they engaged in a heated argument and tried to threaten us. This type of behavior is entirely incompatible with the level of service one expects from a reputable establishment. As paying customers, we anticipated a respectful and customer-centric approach from the Central Hotel. However, our experience was marred by neglect, an utter disregard for our pre-communicated needs, and an aggressive response when we sought assistance. It's regrettable to say that our stay was a severe disappointment, and we strongly caution anyone, especially with accessibility needs, against booking a stay here. We believe it's essential to share our experience to prevent others from enduring the same mistreatment and frustration that we encountered during our stay at this hotel.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
