        For a three star hotel it was better than expected. The staff were helpful, friendly and approachable. The location is perfect for those who enjoy a walk. A small underground mall is just a short stroll past the main railway station. Most of the main trams stop within a stone's throw of the hotel too.

        The main positive is the location. It's walking distance from all the important sights and the neighbourhood itself has nice buildings and parks. I was very pleased with the bath in my room, but wish the air-conditioning worked. It worked for 30 min and then it stopped. I asked and they told me ac doesn't work outside of the summer. It's understandable, but they might need to change it as it was still 27 degrees in October. The lady at reception was amazing, she was so friendly and welcoming. I would come back for her. The breakfast was also very nice. As a vegetarian there were several options.

        A LOT of cleaning is needed. The carpets are full of hair and the towels are not clean enough, looking extreemly old and having also a "not fresh" smell. The people on the other hand are helpfull and smilling.

        Too bad the Room looks much better in the website and it’s on the smaller side. Not to mention it’s a very old building. The male reception is quite rude without any hospitality. Wi-Fi is very weak and you can’t use it in the room. Nothing can be done by the hotel. Furthermore there’s no hot water on one night of my few nights there. There are 2 occasions the house keeping opened my door in the morning when I was still in the room without knocking. Please don’t stay here. It’s a horrible experience for me. Breakfast is basic and should adequate for simple breakfast If I pay a little 30-50 more I can get five star hotel. I stayed in Westin before this hotel and I regretted that much
