Hotel situated in a very nice place close to everything. Staffs are very friendly. Unfortunately i don't remember their names. If the can see my review and name you will know. The only issue, the rooms are a bit small..but was not in Istanbul to stay in room so it was okay

The location was great! Once staff were aware I was part of a tour group- they were great. Prior to this, I believe the hotel was overbooked, and I was put into a room that was meant to be out of service. I had to finish hanging the curtains up. There was no phone and no working TV. All of this could be overlooked. However, the fact my air-conditioner was broken, (with the error code to tell you exactly what was wrong and just how broken it was) and that I asked for it to be fixed a minimum 6 times over 48hrs was unacceptable. There was a near refusal for me to move rooms, as they assured me they would fix it. This never happened, I was finally offered a move. To another hotel. Where I had to check back out to return again in the morning. The next day, I asked again and got told there was a big group to check in, so no, it would be fine as I checked out in the morning. It wasn't until that next morning (2 days later) when I went to check out and re check in for my tour, that I was finally allowed a room change (still had to be assertive about this). Unsure if it was because I was now part of a tour group, or because it was now Monday and the regular receptionist was back, but I finally got a room change, and it was much better. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

Our travel agent booked us a year in advance and they sorted us out! So thankful to the team here they are very accommodating. It's right in the city, only about a 2 min walk from gülhane tram, and 10-15 to the ferries. We tried the Hamam here too, which was amazing, really well priced but also very invasive, wouldn't recommend if you are afraid of exposing the person giving you your body scrub :p

The hotel is located within walking distance to many of the historical sites. Rooms were clean but small. Breakfast was the same every day with little variety. I tried the hotel spa but left mid treatment as the room was cold and non concerned staff. The front desk staff were very helpful. I would recommend this as a mid price hotel within walking distance of many sites.

Personally, i hated Istanbul. People are very rude and not welcoming at all. My mother was robbed her wallet and i also almost fell victim to robbery. So be careful for anyone going to Istanbul for the first time. With regards to the hotel, the staff were quite nice, the bellboy was very helpful. Our taxi man to the airport refused to take us because of some additional luggages, and the receptionist acted swiftly to find us a transport. The rooms i personally found a bit dirty though. Sink was cloged. Had to brush my teeth in the public hotel WC. And there were some dirt in the bathroom and the toilet as well stained. A renovation is much needed. Else, the hotel is located in the centre with restauranta just on the opposite and near Grand Bazaar.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
