The worst hotel experience I may have had in my life. They offered to order me a taxi for the morning to the airport and when it arrived an hour before the time I requested and I missed it, they argued that it is not their problem and I have to pay again. Rude, inconsiderate and unfair as they believe that nothing is their responsibility. If they offer to help but don’t do it properly, they don’t believe it’s their responsibility. No consideration for the guest experience. Stay away if you want to be treated like a human being. The girl at the reception was rude and basically laughed at me. The manager had a bit more consideration but ultimately the stress they put me through and the rudeness are not worth it to put up with.

Room had a bathtube with good working shower, super safe area, breakfast is awesome same as Service, Police was in the night in front of the hotel and sometimes during the day. And right now the renew some parts. Need a taxi to the airport and need much time in case of traffic but it is located in a good spot.

Modern?..well sortof 1980 ish..our room is small by most standards. Sound noise issues are unbelievable...first from the street below, separated from a balcony by a sliding glass door..and second noise from the hallway. Normal talking out there seems like it's in the room. Staff is courteous and helpful. Location is good for restaurants and bars.

Well thé hôtel its old and falling apart, wifi is very bad it connects but doesn’t load full pics or pages and keeps crashing, stuff they do what they can but no enough, Key cards for room never work we have to go down a few times and they seem not happy about it , The lift not good , it’s only one and to many people take it even they have often big conventions on the rooftop and you have to wait a lot to get in to your room

It is a decent place. Hard to figure out the AC. Coffee pot was dirty. The "hot" water in the shower was luke-warm at best. Service was "meh"

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
