Well located. 3 star level (not 4). Breakfast of poor quality and variety. Impersonal and unfriendly service. We had a reservation for one night, we arrived late and they charged us the amount in advance and made an additional 100 euros withholding in case we consumed something. The next day, a member of staff went to check if we had consumed before returning the 100 euros. We received demeaning treatment.

I stayed just for one night because I was going to another country. After visiting, I decided to return here later for longer. The room was very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The yard is wonderful

This place has fantastic location, minutes away from the main street but still hidden enough not to be bothered by commotion. Room was nice and clean and Sam at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. She was super helpful about any question we had and her personality made our French journey experience unforgettable. The only reason I give it 4.5 stars is because we had ground level room and windows and terrace were facing the street.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights with bed and breakfast included. The hotel is very well situated in Cannes, and you aren't far away from places like the beach and the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room design was very modern with good air-conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well every night! All of the staff were very accommodating, and the lady who oversaw the breakfast was very friendly and approachable. The breakfast was excellent, and this is not an overstatement. You can also relax at their mini bar, or in the well landscaped garden. The hotel furniture is also comfortable and modern. We would have appreciated a couple of drawers in our room for underwear as there aren't any; but this is a minor issue. Other than this small issue, make sure if you want to book their 'private beach' in Cannes, you need to reserve beforehand. We thought it had been done but it wasn't. I think there was a miscommunication, and again this didn't spoil our stay. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel, and we would visit again in the future!

A very nice small hotel, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The hotel is nicely decorated and has a lovely garden in the front. Room was also nicely decorated and kept clean. Location is outside the immediate city district, thus quieter and can have the beautiful garden. Clkse enough to walk to the restaurants, shopping and beach. If I ever visit Cannes again, could stay in this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
