Lovely little hotel, a hidden gem I personally think! Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights, at the cost of £160 for both in the Deluxe Garden Room - Room 2. Room was clean, smelt nice and good amenities i.e: Kettle, Fridge, Smart TV, Multiple Plug Sockets & USB Charging Ports. Bathroom was spacious, shower was massive with water pressure not being a problem at all! Was a quiet nights sleep, as off of the main 'Golders Green Road'. Close to a large Tesco Supermarket, aswell as Brent Cross Underground Station being under 10mins away, being instantly connected to the North Circular A406, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre being in throwing distance too. Would 100% stay again on our next trip to London. Thank you Hotel CG.

DISGUSTING SMELL. Booked 2 rooms for with children. Given 1 room top floor loft room and 1 around the back of the garden, when explained this wasn't safe to leave kids alone. Was told nothing can be done and no refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. NOT RECOMMENDED

Can't fault this hotel at all. It was immaculately clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and the bed was VERY comfortable. All of our dealings with the hotel were good too. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Bedbugs, my body was full of bites. I called the manager and he said sorry can’t give you new room because we are full, fair but, when I say there is bedbugs he reply’s with, “I know my hotel you don’t know my hotel”there is no bed bugs if so you brought them in and I will charge you extra for this. I’m a over the top clean person but this was insane!

Evelina was a pleasure to meet and speak with after we arrived and found out the place was under renovation. The crew working on the rooms were respectful not to start too early. We were in the top room/loft, so if you have mobility issues this would be a challenge. The room was clean and had a nice view of the sunset. The toilet/shower is a bit tight. Overall, an affordable stay by the main strip of Golders Green.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
