Tourist trap... Definitely not 4*. There is a big construction at the moment in front of the train station. Hotel is not very easy to find. More signs would be helpful. NO sound proofing in the rooms. You could hear everything that was going on in the rooms around you. And from the outside. Windows did not close correctly. There was cold air coming through. Rooms are old. Pictures does not give the right impression. If you shower the bathroom is floating with water on the floor. I paid for a good night of sleep. In fact I did not get any. It does not help it's close to the train station if you can't continue your travel well rested.

The hotel was clean, the room decent, the staff friendly but you can’t get any rest there at all, first the ongoing construction is loud, cars honk constantly, the rooms are not well insulated so we could hear very loud lovemaking from next door, then the cleaning crew is very loud with their carts. The breakfast is decent, the hotel restaurant is horrid and made me sick. It’s also poorly located. Also the front desk has some sort of sewer gas issue, no idea how the staff doesn’t get sick.

Directly situated at the train and metro stations. Room was very clean. Views are nice from the top of the building. Breakfast was very good with diverse dishes to pick from. Can recommend the Beer Club which is a hotel bar with very nice interior and relaxed atmosphere in the evening. My only complains would be very loud doors when being closed, I woke up couple of times in the morning because of that. Also the shower lever in the bathtub was very hard to pull on. I would still recommend the hotel and would stay again.

The only good thing about this place is how close it is to the metro. The rooms are old and the pictures doesn't look like the room at all. We were not able to turn on the AC. We were told to open the windows. Breakfast was good! No water left in the room once cleaned you had to catch the cleaning crew and ask for water or buy it yourself for €3 euros. You can hear the next room when they take a shower or use the bathroom. Not great!

Location at train station very convenient, room and bed comfortable. Would not stay in this hotel for business, as there was no oulet to plug in a laptop. And what is it with European bathrooms and the partial glass door on shower? Half the water goes into the bath mat., and the floor is very slippery

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
