The hotel is a good one with a great location in Berlin. The attendants were quite friendly and the room was alright. I didn’t really like the semi-archaic feel to some part of the building but I guess it’s part of they’ll style. The breakfast service was good and had varieties. I’ll generally recommend 👍🏾

We like location. Room was good, with bathtub and air conditioning (it was needed, due to +30 degrees in Berlin). Breakfast was like in other same rank hotels, but can be good to have a salmon and baked beans. Kettle was in the room, iron is available on request. Disliked: Small remark. Looks that there was a thin wall with one of the rooms next to ours, because we heard very well talks and steps in that room. From other side room we don't hear any noise.

Hotel Chateau is located very close to the center of Berlin, so all travelling to places nearby was fast. The reception had comfy chairs and tables to hang out, and the receptionists were nothing less of very kind and very helpful. The rooms were almost perfect, with a clean bathroom, clean sheets and pillows, and a fairly big balcony with chairs and a table. The room was also equipped with air conditioning and heating. There was also cable TV, where we could watch the local channels. The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room, which was supposed to be under the desk that had the TV on top. Other rooms seemed to have a mini fridge, so we're left with the thought that the fridge must have been broken and was out of order temporarily. Regarding the bathroom, the hotel provided clean towels and toilet paper every time the room was cleaned. It was also equipped with shampoo and hand wash. Along with that, the water was hot all the time, which is a huge plus. The breakfast-buffet was fairly good, with a wide selection of food to pick from, and with a coffee machine and juice containers. Overall, a very nice hotel that stays up to par with its 4-star rating, and is exactly what you would expect, from the staff all the way to the rooms and breakfast.

I have traveled all over the world. This hotel is in my personal top 5. Location perfect. Breakfast awesome. Rooms very nice, clean and quiet. Price unbeatable 🤩

Excellent hotel, ideally places for everything. Big red bus stop for the tour bus is 10 minutes walk away. Louis Vuitton, Armani, Gucci stores all on the same street. Excellently priced hotel. Only drawback I have was when we asked for extra pillows and they had none to give us. Overall great staff, great experience. Highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
