Great little hotel just off the river. If you get the right side of the hotel you are treated with an incredible view of the “corn cob buildings,” or Marina City as it’s called. Also views of the Loop area. Ask for a high floor facing Marina City. Easy walking distance to lots of shopping, dining and sightseeing options. Great little market and deli/cafe in the basement. Bar in the lobby open late. Breakfast/brunch restaurant adjacent to hotel called Yolk is fantastic. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking is expensive overnight!

This hotel is in an excellent location. Staff was certainly not friendly, but not hostile either - I would call it a wash. Overall everything seemed clean. The room itself was enormous, but the “double” beds were at best full size mattresses, not queens. The room easily could fit queen sized beds so I cannot fathom why this decision was made. This was not advertised or we would not have booked. We had 3 adults all over 6 feet who could not fit in any combination. Additionally, child-size mattresses aside, these were the most uncomfortable mattresses any of us had slept on. It truly felt like sleeping on concrete. One member of our group had a hip injury and could not walk the next day due to the rock-hard mattress. I felt that the carpeted floor was softer than the mattress. Luckily we only stayed one night, though it felt much longer. Will never stay here again.

I used points for my stay and I feel that I got a pretty good value for the points paid especially with my Elite Status. It's clear a refresh is needed in the rooms. Maybe they are trying to retain the "charm" by keeping older finishings but if I was paying full price I would not have been satisfied with the rooms as is. I've stayed at other Autograph collection properties around the world and even in Chicago. The state the rooms are in is mediocre compared to other Autograph collections. Now to the positive. The bartender was FANTASTIC. Very personable and engaging. The young black woman who checked me in and out was phenomenal and friendly as well. Overall I am glad I came to check out the property, and I'd come back on another points stay.

I absolutely loved staying here! Everyone was so nice, and the room was so clean and comfortable. I was visiting for my birthday over Labor Day weekend, and the front desk upgraded our stay and it was just so sweet. we really enjoyed the extra room and the view. The customer service here is really great and the location is perfect. We ordered room service for breakfast which was delicious, and we got back late after a sox game and ordered dinner from the bar, and their service was also amazing. we also really enjoyed the extras like the free tickets to the Chicago sports museum. my 10 year old son had a great time. I’m so appreciative of everyone and we will definitely be back to stay here whenever we’re in Chicago!

Largest hotel room I've had in a long time. Very nice! I did find one thing that was a bit weird, and that was the bathroom. Again, huge but outdated. The sink/vanity was fine - very tasteful. However, the tub/shower was...bad. In a bathroom like this, you'd expect a sleek glass shower with a door, no tub, no gross curtain. But this was a tub/shower right out of your grandma's house. And to make things worse, the tub was peeling and rusting thru. Maybe they are slowly renovating the bathrooms? Outstanding concierge lounge - not jammed packed with people, nice long weekend hours, great breakfast. Best wings we've had in a long time - Seoul BBQ. Order them at the bar. Also, the guys working the bar are super!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
