What an amazing find, Hotel CHiEM is a brilliant Hotel, tucked away and only a minute walk to the beach. The staff are truly amazing and made our day extra special, they are the happiest people 24/7. The hotel is new, clean, well appointed, and rooms are beautiful. The rooms are soundproof with great AC. Breakfasts are fantastic - either Vietnamese or Western style food. The pool is so good, you can stay all day and skip the beach. Thank you to all the Team, from our front-end staff, barista, chefs, kitchen hands, gardener and cleaners.

Summer at the front desk is extremely friendly; all the employees have been so kind. This little hotel is a find! It's steps to the beach, the breakfast has been really good (rememberto order the night before). It's a sweet little spot...I feel like it is the Hamptons before the Hamptons got too fancy. IMPORTANT! I AM GLAD IT IS LGBTQ+ friendly

Hotel CHiEM is an amazing place to stay! The staff are truly unlike any we’ve been hosted by anywhere in the world - they are the happiest people and strive to make you happy! The hotel is new, clean, well appointed, and rooms are beautiful. The rooms are soundproof with great AC. Breakfasts are fantastic - whether you choose Vietnamese or Western style food. It takes less than a minute to walk to the beach, and about 3 minutes to walk to the restaurant and bar strip of An Bang Beach. If you want to stay in, the pool and surrounds are like an oasis. Thank you Phuc, Hung, Vinh, and especially Summer 😀 for making our stay one of the highlights of our 3 weeks in Vietnam!

We had an amazing experience at ChiEm HoiAn. The service was outstanding and all the team was very attentive to all details. Almost every members of the team will rapidly greet you by your name and you will quickly feel like at home. The location of the hotel is 1 min walking to An Bang beach and 15 mins by car to the Old Town so it will be more suited to visitors who are looking for quiet and healing time. The room is immaculate, really well designed and very peaceful. Do not expect a crowded buffet breakfast here, you will have to scan a QR code to order the evening before an A la Carte Breakfast. Coffee is brewed from a real espresso machine and freshly ground. Ingredients are really fresh, everything was nice and delicious. Will definitely come back again next time!

Our family had the best stay here. The staff were just wonderful and so accomodating. Nothing at all was a problem - it was Vietnamese hospitality at its best! The hotel is perfectly located a short walk to the beach and down a beautiful quiet lane/street. The rooms and facilities were excellent and the breakfast great! Would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
